Breathing
Learning to breathe properly improves your oxygen uptake and allows you to better stabilize your pelvis and spine when performing athletic movements, such as weightlifting and running.
This video will instruct you to properly use your diaphragm when breathing. Once you master this technique we encourage you to breathe in this manner on a regular basis, especially when exercising.
