Tissue releases are beneficial for loosening muscles and releasing tissue adhesions. This can help with improving the quality of your movement, thereby improving athletic performance, reducing strain, and facilitating pain relief.
Tissue release can be performed 1-3x per week. They can be performed as a stand-alone activity or prior to exercise.
