Our running services are aimed at helping runners improve efficiency, increase resiliency, and boost performance by identifying and correcting movement restrictions, muscle weaknesses, coordination issues, and run form deficits.

Services

Run Readiness Assessment — This 30-minute service analyzes your running kinematics. We measure the joint angles during key moments in your running stride to provide you with a detailed breakdown of your running form. These findings can be used to direct a corrective plan that will make you more efficient and less prone to injury.

Run Resiliency Assessment — This 60-minute service involves the testing of your spine, hip, knee, and ankle mobility and strength. We also look at your single leg motor control and coordination. During this session, you will also learn specific corrective exercises to address these deficits. The exercises will help your body move more easily and absorb the stress and strain of running.

Run Form Coaching — This 30-minute service serves as a follow-up to the Run Readiness Assessment. You will be coached on specific form changes to address any issues that are identified during the Run Readiness Assessment.

Run Resiliency Follow-up —This 60-minute service is a follow-up to the Run Resiliency Assessment. During this session, one of our exercise specialists will teach and progress exercises to further address the deficits that were found in your Run Resiliency Assessment.
