BE Run Form Coaching
One-on-one COACHING
This coaching session is with one of our run form specialists and involves a slow motion video analysis of YOUR running (on a treadmill). From this analysis we will identify the flaws in your running form that may contribute to injury, be the source of recurring injuries, or reduce your running efficiency and performance. You will then learn corrective movements and drills specific to addressing your identified faults. You will also receive tips on how to gradually incorporate your run form changes to your everyday running in order to prevent new injuries.
