Personal Training
Our personal trainers and strength coaches will guide you on your path to feeling more confident and happy. They will tailor your workouts based on your goals whether it’s to improve your athletic performance, lose weight, or be more fit.
We offer two personal training options:
Option 1: Private Personal Training (50-60 minutes)
This fitness option is a one-on-one training option that is custom programmed for your needs. Every client undergoes Beyond Exercise's specially designed movement and strength screen prior to training. Our trainer will then create a fitness program based off these tests with the end result being a program that will help you resist injury and get you feeling healthier, fit, athletic, and confident.
Option 2: Semi-Private Personal Training (50-60 minutes)
This semi-private training option is the same as private personal training, but is done within a small group setting. This option is best for those who demonstrate proficiency and safety with exercises and therefore do not require one-on-one attention. Your program will still be customized for you and adapted based on your needs.
**Depending on the initial movement assessment that is performed by the trainer as well as your experience strength training, you may be required to undergo a Private Personal Training session(s) with our trainer before you sign up for semi-private sessions. This gives you the opportunity to learn the movements and the methodology of our system without the distraction of working within a small group.
