Personalized Massage

Depending on your objective for seeking a massage (whether it’s for relaxation, muscle recovery, or pain relief) our massage therapist will tailor your massage session to YOUR specific needs** for a flat rate.

If you are looking for a thorough full-body experience we recommend that you schedule a 90 minute session

If you are wanting a targeted treatment, then a 60 minute session will be adequate.  If you are uncertain which option is best for you, please give us a call and we can help guide you to the best choice for your needs.

**The massage therapist will utilize best clinical practice in applying the appropriate massage treatment. For example, he is not going to perform deep massage to acute muscle irritation or immediately after hard workouts/competition.

Active Release

Active Release is a fusion of trigger point release with joint movements with the explicit goal of unsticking your tissue layers. Sticking of your tissue layers happens with repetitive stress, whether it’s healthy stress from your workouts or unhealthy stress from poor posture.

If you feel like your muscles are tight and stiff no matter how much you stretch, do yoga, or receive traditional massage, then our active release sessions will free up your bounded tissue layers leaving your joints and muscles moving more freely.
