Dr. Tyler Kornblum, PT, DPT, ATC, CAPP-Pelvic Certified

physical therapist

Dr. Tyler Kornblum graduated from Northern Kentucky University with her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training prior to attending Bellarmine University in Louisville KY and earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. During her undergraduate clinical rotations, she gained experience as an athletic training student working with men’s soccer, football, men’s and women’s basketball, and wrestling for high school and collegiate level athletes. In physical therapy school she discovered her love for pelvic health and the importance of integrating her background in sports/orthopedics to better treat the whole person. After becoming a pelvic health physical therapist, she became CAPP-Pelvic certified through the APTA and has taken advanced courses such as dry needling for pelvic pain, visceral manipulation, and advanced pelvic pain courses to better serve her patients.

Tyler is passionate about sharing her pelvic health knowledge with men, women, and non-binary individuals through a trauma-informed treatment style. She enjoys guiding others through their journey of healing and prides herself in acting as a partner in their individualized treatment.

Outside of the clinic, Tyler enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh, and her son, Ezra. She and her husband have traveled the world together and seek out new experiences & adventures. Together they have developed a love for sports such as rock climbing, mountain biking, and any other adventure sport they can get into. They both look forward to the day they can share these passions with their son and continue growing their love of the outdoors.
