Dr. Amber Roberts, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Dr. Amber Roberts, PT, DPT, graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in nutrition. She completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky. During her time in physical therapy school through her clinical rotations, Amber treated a variety of orthopedic pathologies such as concussion, temporomandibular joint pain, spine pathologies, shoulder impingement/rotator cuff tears, hip pain/impingement, ACL repairs, meniscal repairs, total joint replacements, and chronic pain syndromes. She also completed a clinical rotation treating patients with neurologic diagnosis, such as Parkinson’s Disease, stroke, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, brain tumor, cancer, aura/optic migraines, and vestibular dysfunction.
While at UC, Amber was a member of the University of Cincinnati dance team for 5 seasons, winning one national title and one world championship with the team. Amber has a passion for dance and treating athletes that are a part of performance-based sports. She believes in using a holistic, hands-on approach to improve performance and eliminate the source of dysfunction. Sports performance, manual therapy, and pelvic health are her areas of primary interest.
During her free time, you can find Amber spending time outside, coaching fitness classes, running, reading, or hanging out with her loved ones.
