Speed Training Session

 

Running fast is a skill. You can only get so fast on pure athleticism alone. Eventually, in order to get faster you need to put in the extra work to develop the components that adds up to being a faster, more resilient runner. A typical training session will include work on:

  • balance

  • mobility

  • stability

  • coordination

  • strength

  • power

  • anaerobic and VO2max development

  • speed mechanics training
